Barefoot training? We will see.

I have been to several running events using my Nike Tiempo Natural II IC – which is for soccer – and I bought these for recreational basketball. These are not the best shoes for running and basketball but they served the purpose of not having me wear the Forrest Gump Nike shoes.

I sustained minor injuries to my ankles, shins, and knees after my second 10-kilometer run; this was due to lack of stretching before running and to wrong choice of shoes. So, I bought my first “real” training/running shoes – the Nike Free 5.0 v4.

These will be put to test at the track tomorrow.
